Welcome to Colavita-Outback Steakhouse Racing. We are a competitive women's cycling team from Las Vegas and our mission is to promote our sponsors in local and regional events and to advance the sport of cycling by participating in races across the southwestern US including Nevada, California, Arizona, and Utah.
